Finding yourself during divorce

A free online workshop to help you feel calmer,
clearer and more like yourself again

Divorce is not just a practical process. It can affect how you think, how you feel and how you see yourself.

You may find that:

• You feel overwhelmed by everything you are managing
• You struggle to think clearly or make decisions
• You don’t feel like yourself anymore

This is more common than you might expect.

​​​​There is nothing wrong with you. You are responding to a significant life event. And when you are processing loss, managing emotions, and making important decisions all at the same time, it is natural to feel this way.

This workshop is designed to offer a calm, supportive space to:

• Understand why you are feeling this way

• Begin to feel less overwhelmed

• Reconnect with your own thoughts and needs

• Start to regain a sense of clarity

During this session, we will explore:

• Why divorce can feel so overwhelming

• How this can affect your clarity and confidence

• A simple way to begin reconnecting with yourself

There is no pressure to share. You are welcome to simply listen and take what feels helpful.

Led by Dr Sarah Thornton.

With over 30 years of experience as a doctor, I have spent my career supporting individuals through complex situations. My work now focuses on supporting women through life transitions, helping them feel more steady, clear, and connected to themselves.

This workshop is for you if:

• You are going through a divorce

• You feel overwhelmed or emotionally stretched

• You feel disconnected from yourself

• You are unsure what you need or what comes next.
